We endeavour to provide you with great service and deliver the products that you require. However, we do understand that nobody is perfect and we may mess up on occasion. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we would like to rectify that as quickly as possible if your claim is found to be acceptable by HeyZoom Management.
If you are not happy with any product/s that HeyZoom have delivered to you, we request that you please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order through any of the options below,
We will then arrange to receive the product/s back as quickly as possible. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will investigate the error or your concern and keep you informed of our findings.
If your return is found to be valid, and depending on the concern raised, we will either:
In the event that we are unable to supply any products that have been ordered and paid for in advance, we will get in touch, apologize profusely and suggest substitute products. If no acceptable substitute products are available, we will arrange a refund in the same currency/medium used to pay for your order or for small monetary values we may put the amount into credit for your next order.
Please note that all refunds will be less a minimum 5% administrative fee.
